Good Tuesday morning, Bloomfield, NJ! We’re waking up to a chilly 51 degrees, with clear skies expected to stay sunny throughout the day.AdHowever, the brisk northwest winds, forecasted to reach 16 to 24 mph, will create conditions ripe for brush fires in our dry region.

Today’s high will be around 56 degrees, but the strong winds may make it feel cooler.

Tonight, temperatures will drop significantly, reaching a low near 32, so keep those jackets handy.

According to the National Weather Service, be mindful of the fire hazard posed by today’s dry and windy weather.
