The sun will shine brightly, offering some warmth, though a slight wind will keep wind chills between 20 and 30 degrees.
Those heading out for morning worship or errands should dress warmly, but the sunshine will help take the edge off the chill.
According to the National Weather Service, today's forecast is sunny, with a high near 41 and a northwest wind of around 8 mph.
Tonight, skies will become mostly cloudy, and temperatures will dip to a low near 28.
