The Summit Police Department is announcing the arrest of Louis A. Pietrantuono,26, of Gillette, NJ, in connection with a July 9, 2017 robbery of a Shell gas station at 6 River Road in Summit.

Shortly after midnight on Saturday, July 29, Summit Police Detectives arrested Pietrantuono without incident at the home of one of his relatives in Summit.
Pietrantuono, who has been charged with armed robbery, was transported to the Union County Jail, where he is being held pending a bail hearing.
