Newark Police officials are reporting that street closures will be in effect to accommodate the Ferry Street Outdoor Dining Event, today (June 25).
Officials say the following streets will be closed beginning at 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.:
· Ferry Street, between McWhorter and Merchant streets (eastbound and westbound)
Note: northbound and southbound traffic will be open along intersecting streets between Lafayette and Market streets.
Drivers are advised to prepare for delays and to plan alternate routes.
