Police in Clifton took one person into custody during a pursuit that ended in a police car collision overnight.
Officers attempted to pull over a car that was confirmed stolen during a registration check just before 1:20 a.m.
The suspects led police on a brief pursuit where the driver and suspect then bailed from the car in the vicinity of 6th Avenue and West 3rd Street according to reports.
Officers set up a perimeter in the area where they reportedly found one of the suspects hiding under a vehicle. The suspect was arrested while officers searched for the second male who fled the car.
There were no injuries to officers involved in a collision during the incident.
The incident remains under investigation.
