The New Jersey State Police is seeking information on suspect(s) and vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash last month on the New Jersey Turnpike.
On Feb. 7, the victim was struck at mile post 121 northbound on the New Jersey Turnpike. The victim suffered serious injuries and was incapacitated for several weeks. The victim recently became coherent and was able to provide some very descriptive information to our detectives.
The suspect(s) are describes as a Filipino couple. The driver is female with shoulder length brunette hair and a tattoo on her neck of "Script letters with a bird either holding or above the letters". The female has a possible name of "Sarah or Sue". She has an average build and is in her early 30's. The passenger is described as a male in his mid 30's.
The suspect(s) vehicle is a white 2002-2003 Nissan Maxima with tinted rear tail lights and New Jersey tags. The vehicle should have sustained front end damage to the hood and roof. (The above picture of the car is a stock photo provided by police).
The suspects fled the scene towards the Fletcher Avenue, Ft. Lee/Englewood, Northern Bergen County area.
