NJ State Police officials are investigating the cause of a motorcycle crash on a highway in Passaic County Monday night.
According to a preliminary investigation, at approximately 9:50 p.m., police were dispatched to reports of a crash in the westbound lanes of I-80 near exit 57 in Paterson.
Emergency responders arrived and found a motorcyclist ejected from the bike suffering life-threatening injuries.
The collision caused moderate delays on the highway, but no other injuries were reported.
Police have not officially confirmed a fatality at this time.
