Police in Paterson are reporting non-life threatening injuries for a person stabbed at a location on Friday morning.
According to police, officials at St. Joseph's Hospital contacted police when an unidentified person entered the emergency department suffering stab wounds at around 2 a.m.
Police arrived at the hospital and were told by the victim that the attack happened in the vicinity of Memorial Drive and Ellison Street before arriving at the hospital.
Paterson officer investigated at the location and searched for a crime scene.
The motive for the stabbing is under investigation. There were no arrests reported
