Five New Jersey Lottery tickets matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn for the Wednesday, January 13, drawing winning the $50,000 third-tier prize.
One of those tickets was purchased with the Power Play option, multiplying the prize to $100,000.
The winning tickets were sold at the following locations:
- Somerset County ($100,000): Krauszer’s, 435 Amwell Rd., Hillsborough;
- Middlesex County ($50,000): Welsh Farms, 1 Schuyler Dr., Edison;
- Middlesex County ($50,000): Shell, 82 Garden State Parkway South, Iselin;
- Ocean County ($50,000): 7-Eleven #11027, 2075 Route 88, Brick; and,
- Somerset County ($50,000): 7-Eleven #18141, 564 Route 22, North Plainfield.
The winning numbers for the Wednesday, January 13, drawing were: 04, 19, 23, 25, and 49.
The Red Power Ball number was 14.
The Multiplier number was 02. 172,146 New Jersey players took home an estimated $841,714 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200.
The Powerball jackpot rolls to $640,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Saturday, January 16, at 10:59 pm.
