A State Police Forensic Artist detective created a composite sketch that leads to the arrest of a man wanted for burglary.
According to authorities, on July 18th, Detective I. Dennis Cappello was contacted by the Cliffside Park Police Department to assist with a burglary investigation that occurred on July 16th.
Officials say Detective Cappello worked with the victim to create a composite sketch of the male suspect.
Within two days, Cliffside Park detectives were able to identify Carey Mitchell, 50, of Jersey City, as the suspect and arrested him on July 20th.
According to authorities, detectives believe that Mitchell was also involved in three other burglaries in Cliffside Park.
