A ceremony promoting six fire officials was held this morning in the City Hall Council Chambers.
The new promotions include:
Captains: Timothy Mulroy, John Zapata, Kenneth Nocera and Luis Atienza; Fire Official: Omar Munoz and EMT Supervisor, James Rogers.
The City of Elizabeth is the fourth largest municipality in the State of New Jersey with a population of approximately 125,000 residents.
With its close proximity to the entire tri-state area, the Elizabeth Fire Department responds to an array of calls, incidents, and emergency situations.
