Shots fired in the western section of the city has a man down at this time. Police are en route to 18th Ave and South 18th St. for a man shot in the shoulder and abdomen. Frantic calls for EMS are going out at this time. Sources at the scene are telling us that the man is in his 20's and frequent the area. Police have setup a crime scene at this time.
