EMS transported one person to Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center suffering gunshot wound early this morning.
Gunfire rang out shortly before 2 a.m. in the area of 2nd Street and Muhlenberg Place sending several police units rushing to the scene where the victim was found shot and seriously injured.
The identity of the victim or a motive for the shooting has not been released.
