Jersey City Police are on the search for a suspect involved in a shooting that left one man injured on Wednesday night.
The incident occurred just before 10 p.m. in the area of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Claremont Avenue.
Responding to reports of gunfire, officers arrived at the scene to find a male victim with a bullet wound to his leg. The injured man was promptly taken to Jersey City Medical Center, where he is reportedly in stable condition.
Despite immediate efforts, the suspect managed to flee the scene and remains at large.
