Authorities in Camden County are investigating a shooting that injured a person in Camden Tuesday morning.
According to a preliminary investigation, police responded to reports of shots fired near the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Nort 20th Street around 1:20 a.m.
Officers arrived and found a person suffering a bullet wound but a search of the area indicated no other individuals were injured.
The victim was transported to Cooper Medical Center for treatment and is in stable condition.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
No arrests have been reported.
