Police in Newark are looking into a shots-fired incident that occurred in a Newark South Ward community on Wednesday morning.
According to police, gunmen blasted several rounds of bullets in the vicinity of 753 Hunterdon Street at approximately 2:30 a.m.
Police arrived at the scene found evidence that a shooting occurred, but after a search of the area, no victims were found.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation and the suspect remains at-large.
