Authorities are reporting severe injuries for one person involved in a crash on a highway in Morris County on Thursday morning.
A preliminary investigation indicated that at approximately 3 a.m., NJ State Police were notified of a crash with injuries in the westbound lanes of the NJ Turnpike near mile marker 26.
Troopers found a person ejected from a crash vehicle suffering life-threatening injuries upon arrival.
The cause of the collision is under investigation and the victim is not expected to survive the crash.
No other injuries were reported.
