Authorities in Newark are on the search for several suspects wanted for a robbery that occurred on Wednesday, August 23rd.
According to police, at approximately 5:15 p.m., a woman was robbed at William Street near Broad Street.
The suspects include a black female, about 5’2” and 120 lbs. who was last seen wearing a black tank top, blue jeans, white sneakers and a black stocking cap.
Police said the second suspect is a light skinned black male, about 5'6" tall and 140 lbs. He had a short haircut and was wearing a white t-shirt.
The final suspect is also a light skinned black male with dreadlocks. Police said the suspect was last seen dressed in a blue and red shirt and has a tattoo of the number "232" on his arm.
This investigation is continuing, and the search for these suspects is underway.
