Morris County authoritites reported severe injuries for a pedestrian hit by a vehicle in Dover Saturday.
At approximately 12:24 a.m., police responded to reports of an injured person near 124 West Clinton Street.
Upon arrival, police found the victim lying on the ground after a car struck them at that location.
According to reports, the injured was rushed to an area hospital for treatment and was listed in serious condition.
Reports say the vehicle that struck the victim stayed at the location.
