Emergency responders are on the scene of a crash with with seriously injuries reported on the Garden State Parkway.
Police responded to the northbound lanes of the Parkway near exit 151 where arriving units located a two-car crash with at least one person suffering serious injuries.
A preliminary report indicated that the injured victim was struck by a vehicle while out of the vehicle.
Expect delays for about 3 miles.
