There were serious injuries reported in a pedestrian strike that sent one person to the hospital in Woodbridge overnight.
According to reports, at around 12:45 a.m. emergency responders rushed to the area of Green Street and Pearl Street after receiving reports regarding a person struck by a vehicle.
Arriving crews located the victim unconscious at that location.
EMS transported the victim to an area hospital where their condition has not been released as of 4:30 a.m.
Police are actively investigating the incident.
