The second fetus in a month found in a sewer intake screen at the Passaic Valley Water and Sewer Treatment Plant in Newark has authorities investigating.
The fetus was found this morning at the plant that's located at 600 Wilson Avenue, but no other details are available yet.
Authorities found the first fetus at around 6p.m. on March 2nd.
The investigation is active and ongoing.
