For the second time in just about a week, police are on the search for an armed robbery suspect that targeted a gas station on Rt. 22 in the city .
A man armed with a weapon drove up to the BP Gas Station located in the 600 block of Rt. 22 at around midnight Friday morning in an unidentified vehicle that he exited and robbed the establishment.
The man then fled the scene east on Rt. 22.
The gas station was also robbed at gunpoint in the early morning hours of August 1st.
In a separate incident, police responded to an armed robbery report that happened on Wyndmoor Ave. at around midnight on Saturday morning.
Upon arrival to the scene, a male victim reported to police that he was robbed at gunpoint by a black male who was wearing a white t-shit, dark colored pants and long dread locks.
The suspect took personal possessions before fleeing in an unknown direction.
There were no injuries reported in either incident.
