Livingston authorities are on the lookout for two suspects involved in a pharmacy robbery that took place in the town on Saturday afternoon.
Initial reports stated that at around 12:35 p.m., police were alerted to a robbery in progress at the Invictus Pharmacy, located at 91 East Mount Pleasant Avenue.
Upon their arrival, officers promptly notified nearby towns to be vigilant for a brown Mercury Grand Marquis, identified as the vehicle used by the suspects to flee the scene.
Fortunately, no serious physical injuries were reported during the incident.
Police believe the suspects made off with several containers of prescription drugs. The police have not disclosed details regarding the type of weapon used in the robbery at this time.
The incident is currently under active investigation as authorities work to apprehend the individuals responsible for this crime.
Police are calling for anyone with information about the robbery or the suspects to come forward to assist in their ongoing inquiries.
