Police have released the identity of the 56-year-old sanitation employee killed after he was struck by a garbage truck in Secaucus last week.
Officers responded to Allegro Sanitation headquarters on Secaucus Road sometime around 1:20 p.m. on Thursday after a Mack Truck ran over Julio DelaRosa, of Union City.
The driver of the truck has not been charged nor issued any summonses.
OSHA is currently investigating the incident, police added.
