A morning crash on Route 80 has one person in critical condition and two others dead after their vehicle crashed into a truck.
According to police, officers responded to Route 80 east at 7:54 a.m. for a report of a crash.
Upon arrival, police determined three male occupants were in a Honda CR-V sport utility vehicle swerved off the road and crashed into the rear of the truck. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene while the two passengers were rushed to the hospital where one of them was pronounced dead, according to police.
The identities of the victims are being withheld at this time.
The crash remains under investigation.
No information was immediately provided if the truck was occupied and if anyone was injured.
