Roselle Park Investigate Drive-By Pellet Gun Shooting

Police are investigating a drive-by pellet gun shooting involving suspects who were occupying a black BMW that opened fire on two Roselle Park teens.

Of cording to police, on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at approximately 10:25 p.m., two male teens ages 16 and 17 reported that a black BMW with tinted windows pulled up alongside them as they walked West on W. Webster Ave near the Roselle Park High School.

The vehicle - occupied by two - fired as many as 5 shots from the front seat passenger window.

The handgun was described as black with no visible red tip.

A search of the area was negative.

The victims suffered moderate pain and swelling and released to responsible adults. No medical attention was sought according to authorities.

Surrounding jurisdictions were notified of the incident.
