An afternoon fire on West Second Avenue sent a firefighter to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Crews responded to the 100 block of West Second Avenue at approximately 2:13 Monday afternoon for a fire at a multi-dwelling house.
The fire which was quickly extinguished is believed to have started on the first floor.
None of the 15 occupants of the home were injured. However, a volunteer firefighter was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation.
