Police are at the scene of a reported shooting in Rahway this afternoon.
Officers were called to respond to Elm Avenue shortly before 4 p.m. for reports of two vehicle shooting at each other.
Units arriving to the scene searched the area where witnesses told police that a gray Jeep and a black Mitsubishi Eclipse exchanged gunfire.
According to initial reports, no immediate injuries have been reported.
The investigation into the shooting is active and ongoing.
