Police Seek Public's Help with Search for Newark North Ward Robbery Suspects

Newark Police officials are reaching out to the community for assistance in identifying suspects involved in a robbery that occurred in the early hours of Sunday, March 3.ChickenThe incident occurred at approximately 2:55 a.m. in the vicinity of Bloomfield Avenue and Webster Street, where a victim was accosted and robbed by three individuals.

Following the attack, the perpetrators fled the scene heading west on Bloomfield Avenue, leaving the victim without his possessions.

The Newark Police Department has released descriptions of the suspects in hopes that members of the public can aid in their identification.

The first suspect is described as wearing a gray baseball cap, all-black attire, and white sneakers.

The second suspect was seen in a black hooded sweatshirt, black Adidas pants with the brand's distinctive stripes, and light-colored sneakers.

The third individual was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, light-colored pants, and white sneakers at the time of the robbery.

Director Fragé is leading the call for anyone with information regarding the identity of these suspects to come forward.
