Authorities in Newark request the public’s help with identifying the male suspect in connection with a business burglary that occurred on Monday, May 13.Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé said that at approximately 1:35 a.m., police responded to the Wilson Mini Mart, located in the 100 block of Wilson Avenue, on a burglary call.
After using a rock to shatter the store’s front door, the suspect entered the store and stole an undetermined number of cigarette boxes from behind the register, officials stated.
According to officials, detectives investigating this incident describe the suspect as wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and white pants.
