Police in the Essex and Union County region are on the search for a vehicle occupied by suspects wanted for felonies in Newark and Elizabeth during the overnight hours.
According to police, a ’be on the lookout ’has been issued for a gray Honda Accord with reported Texas license plate numbers "82758U5".
Police say the car was stolen out of a section of Newark and its occupants are wanted for several felonies, including an attempted carjacking, in Elizabeth earlier in the day.
Authorities believe the vehicle has two black male suspects -armed with rifles and last seen in the 60's block of Mountainview Avenue in Newark's West Ward.
There were no injuries reported in any of the incidents.
