Newark Police seek the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted for a burglary that occurred on Thursday, June 22.
According to police, after 10:55 a.m., officers responded to Cash Money Mini Market, located at 110 Littleton Avenue, on a robbery call.
An armed male suspect entered the store and stole cash from the store’s clerks before fleeing the scene on foot.
Police said the suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5-foot, 7-inches tall and 140 lbs., wearing a black Nike hoodie, black sweat pants and a black Du-rag.
While police are actively searching for this suspect, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing him from our streets.
Authorities said the investigation is continuing.
