Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating a Jersey City man wanted for the fatal shooting of a city man.
According to Hudson County Assistant Prosecutor Gene Rubino, Shahard L. Harvey, 20, on June 14 shot and killed Isaiah Jackson, 21, in the area of Orient Avenue and Martin Luther King Drive at about 7 p.m.
Jackson was transported to Jersey City Medical Center-Barnabas Health where he was pronounced dead shortly after.
Today, officials announced that a warrant was issued for the arrest Harvey on Aug. 12.
Harvey has also been charged with unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a firearm.
