Police officials in Newark are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Juhlia Payne, who was reported missing on Friday, May 3, 2024.
Juhlia Payne, who is known to run away frequently, was last seen in the 200 block of South 8th Street.
According to Director Frage, Payne is described as being 4'8" tall, weighing 140 pounds, and was last seen wearing a school uniform consisting of a blue sweater, white shirt, and gray pants.
Director Fragé urges anyone with information regarding Juhlia Payne's whereabouts to contact the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and may result in a reward.
