Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating Arnaldo Perez, 40, Joseph Stephens, 38, both of Newark, and Fuquan Holt, 35, of East Orange, for outstanding warrants in separate incidents.
According to police, Perez is wanted on an aggravated assault charge. Police describe Perez as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’10” and 185 lbs.
Joseph Stephens, wanted for violating a court order, is described as a black male, with a medium complexion, approximately 5’7” and 150 lbs.
Fuquan Holt is described as a black male with a dark skin complexion, approximately 5’5”, and weighs about 120 lbs. Police say Holt is wanted for Terroristic Threats.
