Police in East Orange are looking for Mr. John Tilley who has been missing since Thursday, January 17th when he left the facility he was staying at on South Munn Avenue in East Orange
Police say Tilley is considered endangered and his last known location was at a warming center on Sussex Avenue in Newark on January 20th but after authorities checked the facility, he was no longer there.
Police say Tilley may not feel well and could be confused because he hasn't taken his medication since he left his home.
Tilley is 5'10" tall and had a medium dark brown beard/mustache the last time he was seen according to police.
Police say Tilley was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants and has a black backpack. He has multiple piercing in both ears, may have a cane, and walks slightly hunched while holding his left hand close to his side.
Authorities said Tilley is not violent.
Police say although Tilley could be in the any of the municipalities in Eastern Essex County, they believe he could be trying to return to prior places that he lived in Nutley and Kearny.
