Newark Police are seeking the public’s help in locating **Kenyon Esannason, 18, of Newark** for an outstanding warrant issued on June 27, 2016.
According to police, Esannason is 5-foot, 9-inches and frequents the area of 4th Avenue in Newark.
He has multiple tattoos and is known by the nickname “Creep Boy” police said.
Police said the investigation is active and ongoing.
