Hudson County Assistant Prosecutor Leo Hernandez is asking for the public's help in locating a 23-year-old Jersey City man wanted for a fatal shooting inside an Ocean Avenue store.
On Dec. 3, DeAndre Thomas was charged with the Nov. 15 fatal shooting of 23-year-old Davonte Carswell inside Los Yoleros Mini Market Deli, according to officials.
His bail was set at $1 million cash only.
The investigation into the shooting, also led to the arrest of Gabino Tineo, 44, Isabel Dominguez, 37, and Marcelino Ramos Jr., 32, who were charged with tampering with evidence inside the building after moving Carswell's body after this shooting.
The men were all released and charges are pending grand jury presentation.
