Police in Newark are on the search for two carjacking suspects that took a vehicle at gunpoint in the city's West Ward.
The victim walked to the South Orange Ave. precinct and reported that he was carjacked at gunpoint by two black males who took his 4-door blue Honda Accord at around 9:30 a.m. in the area of Stuyvesant and Valley Street.
According to the victim, the males suspects wore masks when they entered the passenger side door of his vehicle then pointed a gun, demanding him out of the vehicle.
The vehicle has a NJ license plate number J63-CUS and was last scene heading on Valley Street towards Irvington.
There were no physical injuries reported.
