Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a male caught on surveillance wanted for questioning related to a theft.
According to police, on May 13th, a 33-year-old victim reported that around 10 p.m., she was walking in the area of Brandford Place and Halsey Street when she accidentally dropped her wallet and her cell phone.
Witnesses pointed out a man that was seen picking items off the ground near the intersection.
Police said when she questioned the male, he gave the victim her cellphone before becoming confrontational and leaving.
The suspect is approximately 5’8”, 180lbs and last seen wearing a black shirt, and blue jeans.
