A vehicle found completely stripped and left on a city street has police in Newark investigating.
According to reports, police received a report at around 9:45 a.m. of a vandalized vehicle on Caldwell Place in Newark's West Ward.
Police arriving to the scene found the severely stripped vehicle and began to investigate.
It is not immediately clear if the vehicle was stripped at that location or if it was dropped off in the condition that is was found.
This is the second vehicle, in about six month, that has been found stripped in the West Ward community.

The investigation is active and ongoing.
There were no arrests reported.
