Police in Trenton are investigating what caused a stabbing incident that left a male injured at a location in Trenton on Monday morning.
According to authorities, police were dispatched to the vicinity of 121 South Walter Avenue to investigate reports of an injured person just before 12:42 a.m.
Officers arrived and found the unidentified victim suffering a stab wound in his stomach at that location.
The victim was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center for treatment and remains in stable condition according to reports.
The motive for the stabbing is under investigation.
