Police are investigating an afternoon shooting in Plainfield that left a man injured.
Police responded to the 300 block of Liberty Street at approximately 12:30 p.m. for a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult male with a minor wound.
The shooting remains under investigation.
However, the victim is said to not be cooperating with police at this time.
