Medical personnel pronounced one person dead after a violent crash that happened on NJ-70 in Browns Mills late Monday night.
Police were called to the 1500 block of NJ-70 at around 10 p.m. after they received reports of a crash with injuries.
Units arrived requested a medivac helicopter after located two victims suffering severe injuries.
According to preliminary reports, one person was airlifted to the hospital as police closed the highway from Spring Lake to Lakehurst Road for the crash investigation.
The cause of the crash has not been determined.
