On Tuesday night, Jersey City Police are investigating a reported armed robbery near a train station.
According to a preliminary investigation, at approximately 10 p.m., police requested EMS to rush to the scene of an injured person near 156 Union Street.
Officers found the victim suffering non-life threatening injuries after two male suspects approached and announced a robbery.
The black male suspects who wore dark clothing reportedly began to attack the victim before running from the area with unspecified personal items belonging to the victim.
The suspects remain at large.
