Police have identified the New York pilot injured in a helicopter crash at Linden Airport over the weekend.
According to officials, a Bell B206 helicopter - with two people on board - tipped over as it conducted a practice landings at Linden Airport sometime before 1 Saturday afternoon.
The pilot and owner of the helicopter has been identified as Donald J. Banks, 61, Staten Island, N.Y.
Banks was transported to a local hospital with an injury to his right leg.
The passenger, later identified as Charles Consenza, 69, also of Staten Island, N.Y., only suffered minor bruising.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
