A 21-year-old Galloway man was shot and killed in Pleasantville last night, Atlantic County Prosecutor Jim McClain announced.
The Pleasantville Police Department responded to the 100 block of Ridgewood Avenue after receiving 9-1-1 call at 8:29 p.m. last night.
Upon arrival, police found Bilal Salaam, 21, of the 100 block of Sunrise Bay, Galloway Twp. the apparent victim of a shooting.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit responded to the scene.
Next-of-kin have been notified. An autopsy is pending.
