Police Arrest Two Newark Men Accused of Illegal Dumping

Newark

Officials announced the arrest of Hector L. Delarosa, 43, and Randolph Robinson, 48, both of Newark, for an incident of illegal dumping last night.

According to police, at approximately 9 p.m., a concerned citizen reported a red pickup truck filled with debris traveling in the area of Broadway and 2nd Avenue.
