Police Arrest Two after Allegedly Burglarizing Newark Vision Center

Authorities in Newark are announcing the arrest of **Calvin Henry, 18, and Daijuan Cato, 21,**both of Newark, for a burglary that occurred early Saturday morning.

According to Public Safety Director Anthony Ambrose, at approximately 3:20 a.m., police responded to a burglary call at Newark Vision Center, located at 17 Academy Street.

Director Ambrose said, two males entered the business and fled on bicycles when officers found and apprehended Henry and Cato, who they said fit the description of the suspects, at Broad and Commerce streets.

Police arrested both men charging them with Burglary, Possession of Burglary Tools, and Conspiracy.

Police also charged Henry with Eluding.

These charges are merely accusations.

Both suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
